pricing for current promotional schedules
There is a daily rental
rate for the SureWind Computerized Windsurf Simulator and a 2
day minimum leasing requirement.
Daily rate includes:
Operator/certified windsurfing instructor for machine
Not included:
Room & board for operator/instructor
Freight
for SureWind
Contractor/lessee
pays freight to and from exhibit site.
Up to 1,000 miles
from shipping origin to destination via truck
Over 1,000 miles
from shipping origin to destination via air freight
Installation
a) Contractor/lessee
to provide for installation of machine. This includes unloading
from truck and placing machine into demonstration area.
b) Operator/instructor
will complete set-up from this point. Upon completion of event,
operator/instructor will break down machine into transport mode.
c) Contractor/lessee
to arrange for reloading of machine into return freight vessel
Security
Deposit
International
shipments require a refundable deposit of $10,000.00 USD
All others require
a refundable deposit of $5,000.00 USD
Payments
50% of rental
fee is payable at signing of contract.
Balance of rental
fee is due prior to shipment to location.
Security deposit
is payable prior to commencement of shipment.
Security deposit
will be refunded upon return of equipment to originating site.
Travel expenses
payable at time of installation.
Insurance
Liability insurance
to be provided by contractor/lessee for duration of respective
events.
